Talk to a real person.

No ticket queue, no chatbot, no phone tree. One email address, read by someone who can actually answer you.

Email orders@helpmeinhomework.com. That address goes to a person, not an autoresponder, and it is the fastest way to reach us about anything that is not a new order.

If you want a price, use the form instead

Emailing to ask what something costs works, but it is slower, because the first thing we will do is ask you for the details the form already collects. Send us your homework with the deadline attached and you will get a price and a person back, usually within the hour.

Nothing is charged for a quote, and nothing is charged if you decide not to go ahead. You do not need an account and you do not need a card.

What to include when you email

You will get a useful answer faster if you tell us the subject, when it is due, and what you are actually stuck on. If it is about work already in progress, mentioning the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find it. We do not use order numbers.

What we can sort out over email

Questions before you order, changes to work in progress, revisions, anything covered by the money-back guarantee, and requests about your data under our privacy policy. If you want something deleted, one email is enough. You do not need to fill in a form or cite a regulation.

If you are unsure whether what you need is something we will take on, ask before you order rather than after. Our fair use policy covers where we draw the line, and the short version is that we decline exams and anything requiring us to act as you.

When you will hear back

Usually within the hour, and a real person is the one replying. If something takes longer to answer properly, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting without a word.
