Privacy policy

Only what we need to quote your work and get it back to you. That is:

• Your name, or whatever name you choose to give us.
• Your email address, so we can send the quote and the finished work.
• The deadline you set and the budget range you pick.
• The instructions you write, plus any files you attach.
• Your IP address, and the rough location we look up from it: usually a city, region and country.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for your phone number, your date of birth, your school, your student ID, or your address. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

The location is approximate and comes from your network connection, not from your device GPS. It is accurate to roughly a city, and often only to a region. We store it with your enquiry so we know what timezone your deadline is in and so we can spot automated spam.

To read your assignment, work out a price, match it to a person who knows the subject, and send you the finished work. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not build a profile on you, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Us, the person doing your work, and the companies we use to run the site. No one else:

• The person doing your work. They see the assignment and the instructions. They do not need your email and are not given it.
• Supabase, which runs the database your enquiry is stored in.
• Cloudflare, which stores any files you attach.
• Resend, which delivers the alert email that tells us your enquiry has arrived.
• ip-api.com, which turns your IP address into an approximate city and country for us.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and serves the pages you are reading.

Each of those is a service provider working on our instructions. None of them is allowed to use your information for their own purposes, and none of them is an advertiser.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

Enquiries and completed work are kept while your order is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour the guarantee and handle any revision you ask for.

Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it. Email us and we will confirm once it is done.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. Your enquiry is then stored in our database, which is locked down so that only our own order system can read it.

Files you attach are held at a long random web address that is not listed or linked anywhere and is not indexed by search engines. Anyone who has that exact address can open the file, so treat the link as private and do not pass it on. If you would rather not upload a document at all, describe the work in the instructions box instead and we will ask for anything else we need by email.

We will be straight with you: no service can promise perfect security, and anyone who does is overselling. What we can say is that we hold as little about you as possible, which is the most effective protection there is.

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, we will honour these:

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct something wrong, and we will fix it.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, unless the law says otherwise.
• Ask for a copy of what you sent us, and we will send it.

One email is enough. You do not need to cite a regulation or fill in a form.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no session recorder, and no third-party script watching what you do.

That is why you were not shown a cookie banner. There was nothing to consent to.

If that ever changes we will update this page before turning anything on, not after.

This service is meant for students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Our hosting and form processing run on infrastructure in several countries, so your information may be handled outside where you live. The people who work on your assignment are also based in various countries.

Wherever it is handled, the commitments on this page apply.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
