Accepting these terms
Using this site or sending us an assignment means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You need to be at least 16 to use Help Me In Homework.
What we provide
We provide academic assistance. A real person works through the assignment you send and returns completed work, with the steps shown, before the deadline you set.
What we produce is intended as reference material and study support. What you do with it is your decision and your responsibility. See our fair use policy for where we draw the line.
How orders work
- You send the assignment, the subject, and the deadline.
- We reply with a price and tell you who would do the work.
- You approve the quote. Nothing is charged before this point.
- The work comes back to you on or before the deadline you agreed.
If a deadline is too tight to do the work properly, we will say so rather than take the order and let you down.
Payment
Pricing starts at $8 a page. The final figure depends on length, deadline and how specialised the subject is. Not everything is measured in pages, so for problem sets we price the job itself.
You see one number before you commit, and that number does not move afterwards. Quotes cost nothing, and you owe nothing if you decide not to go ahead.
Deadlines and delivery
We deliver on or before the deadline you agreed when you approved the quote. Work is sent to the email address you gave us.
If you need the deadline changed after the order starts, tell us as early as you can. Moving a deadline forward may change the price, and we will tell you before doing anything.
Revisions and refunds
Revisions within the scope of your original instructions are free. Tell us what is wrong and we will correct it.
If we miss the agreed deadline, or the work is wrong and we cannot put it right, you get your money back. The full terms are on our money-back guarantee page.
Asking for something you did not originally request is a new piece of work, not a revision, and we will quote for it separately.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Giving us accurate instructions. We cannot fix what we were never told.
- Checking the work when it arrives and telling us promptly if something is off.
- Knowing your institution rules and following them.
- How you use what we produce.
What we will not do
We will decline work that involves sitting an exam or a timed assessment in your place, logging into your institution account on your behalf, anything requiring us to pretend to be you to your school, or anything unlawful.
We will also decline anything we do not have the right person for. We would rather turn work away than hand you something weak.
Ownership
Once you have paid, the work we produced for you is yours.
The site itself, its design, and its written content remain ours.
Confidentiality
Your order stays between you, us, and the person doing the work. We do not publish it, resell it, or reuse it for anyone else. We do not need your real name and will not ask for it.
Limits of our liability
Our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order in question. We cannot be responsible for the grade you receive, for decisions your institution makes, or for consequences arising from how you choose to use the work.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Orders already in progress are governed by the terms in force when you approved the quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.

Still not sure?
Ask before you order rather than after. We would rather answer the question up front than disappoint you later.
